  • Where do you sail?… Where ever the wind takes us. There are no set destination points. Every sail is different!
  • Do you put the sails up?… ALWAYS!!
  • Can we Carry Food or Beverages on board?… Yes. On our morning dolphin cruises complimentary bottled water is onboard. Ice cold soft drinks and juices are available for purchase onboard. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages onboard in small coolers. Passengers over 21 are permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages on board.
  • Are Children Welcome?…Yes, we love seeing the expession on a child’s face as they spot their first dolphin (and so will you). Children accompanied by an adult are always welcome aboard Wild Hearts.
  • Do I Need A Life Jacket?…Children age 12 and under will be required to wear US Coast Guard Certified life jackets supplied by Wild Hearts.
  • Do I have to go in the water during a snorkel trip? This is entirely up to you. Many of our guests do not enter the water. If you do enter the water and become uncomfortable at any time our specially designed boarding steps are always available for you to re-board the boat. Our trained crew is also there to assist you.
  • What about the masks and snorkels…won’t they have germs on them? All our complimentary masks and snorkels are highly sanitized after every use using a specialized, approved method of complete sterilization. If you prefer, we do have new, packaged masks and snorkels available for purchase.
  • What About Tipping? … No, the boat doesn’t tip but gratuities are appreciated by our Crew who work hard to meet your needs and to provide an enjoyable experience.
  • What About Seasickness?…Our goal is to provide all passengers with the most comfortable sailing experience possible. If such a situation arises, our crew is prepared to assist you.
  • What Kind of Payment Do You Accept? We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Cash is required to purchase beverages onboard.
  • Cancellation Policy …Though it may be raining where you are, it may not be at Wild Hearts location. If you have any concerns regarding the weather, please call ahead. The captain has the final determination to cancel a sail due to weather, rough seas or mechanical difficulties. Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
